Typically our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions pricing includes a subscription to core product features, periodic product update releases, and global standard support. Depending on your use case, you may be interested in additional products or services.

How do you license your PRM solutions?

ChannelOS and ChannelPRM are priced per 'Managed Partner' account within the PRM solution. This is to align cost & benefits with the fundamental intention of partner relationship management, which is to make your partners as successful as possible and activate as many individuals within each partner to engage with you (as the vendor) and to do so in as many ways as desired.

Do you offer implementation services for your PRM solutions?

Yes. Our Getting Started service packages are mandatory when first implementing ChannelOS and ChannelPRM (Premium). We offer various implementation, customizing, and ongoing managed services options that are designed to get the highest level of productivity and ROI from your PRM solution by ChannelXperts.

Do you offer migration services?

ChannelXperts offers different levels of migration and PRM modernization services, depending on your organization’s size, PRM, and partner ecosystem complexity.
