Team Spotlight: Jenny Fritz, Customer Success Champion

Introducing our team: today we would like to introduce the "caretaker" in our Customer Success Team - Jenny Fritz

Jenny joined the ChannelXperts team in October 2021, having previously worked at Matrix42 for several years as a Partner Manager and in Channel Sales. In these roles, Jenny has been familiar with ChannelOS for a long period of time, has handled a large part of her daily partner management tasks through Matrix42's Partner Portal, and has developed her partners through it.

Jenny enjoys working with customers, has a passion for interacting with different people in our industry, and has a great passion for ChannelXpert's Partner Relationship Management solutions (PRM): ChannelOS and ChannelPRM.

Jenny completed her apprenticeship in the logistics industry, and the structured and logistical procedures and approaches still benefit her customers in her job today.

Jenny also enjoys being around people in her private life: numerous honorary positions in various associations as well as a great love for flea markets take her out of the house almost every day.
